Welcome to On the Go Speech! Our mission is to provide functional, affordable and evidence-based therapy to patients in the privacy and the comfort of your own home.
Christa Norton, licensed Speech Language Pathologist, travels to your home, easing the burden of finding travel and allowing you to schedule appointments when it is convenient for you.

About Me
Christa Norton MA, CCC-SLP
I am a Brooklyn, NY native who has settled down in sunny South Florida! I graduated from the University of Maryland with my M.A. in Speech Language Pathology.
I began my career as a medical Speech Language Pathologist working in the acute care and acute rehab hospital settings, where I became skillful in treating a variety of speech, language, cognitive and swallowing difficulties throughout the lifespan and across acuity levels. I am certified in McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program, which has been shown to help to significantly improve swallowing function and help many individuals to return to eating and drinking normally again. I have a passion for working with patients across the lifespan. Expertise areas include:
- Patients with respiratory compromise/chronic tracheostomy patients, ensuring that the best trach management and care is provided at all levels
- Fluency and stuttering considerations
- Early intervention, including speech, swallowing and language delay in the birth-3 population
I am excited to provide my services to patients in their own homes to not only help to build a strong and trusting client-therapist relationship, but also to assist in carry-over of exercises and involve loved ones in treatment planning along the way. I look forward to hearing from you!
